Call back another time
What this means:
You have not activated the OFFnet service on your ePhone OR you do not have sufficient credit on your account.
You will not be able to make any chargeable calls to landlines and mobiles.
What to Do:
Click here to Activate the OFFnet service for your ePhone.
To complete the Activation process you will need your ePhone MAC address and Serial Code which can be found on the bottom of your ePhone and on your Welcome Letter.
You will also need to Top-Up your account.
