What this means:
Your ePhone is unable to connect to the Internet or Voice calls are being blocked through your router
What to Do:
Scroll to the Check Internet Status function on your ePhone (Menu 8) and press Handsfree or # key. Also check that your Router has access to port 4569 for voice calls
You should also check to make sure you can access the internet from a computer using the same network connection as there may be a problem with either your router or ISP.
What this means:
Your ePhone is unable to connect to the Internet
What to Do:
1. Check that your Router is switched on and operating correctly

Check that your internet connection is working

Check that your ePhone has an IP address by pushing the" IP button " on
the phone. If the number shown is 0.0.0.0 you need to consult your
network administrator to request a Static IP Address.
What this means:
The ePhone is unable to attach itself to your network and is not being allocated an IP address by your Server/Router
What to Do:
Check your Router/Server is working correctly (or re-boot router so that, if set to DHCP, it can automatically allocate an IP address to the ePhone.
You may need to use a Static IP, if the router is not set to DHCP. To do this:
Access the Menu (1) scroll to FIXED IP
Enter a free static IP address
Enter your Gateway IP address (Router)
Enter the Subnet Mask
Enter your DNS Server 1
Now scroll to Save and choose Save and Exit. Your ePhone will re-boot automatically when the changes have been accepted successfully.
