When I press the Balance button on the Handset I see a message saying "Account Balance Invalid Extension"?

This means you have not created your OFFnet Account for making / receiving calls to / from landlines and mobiles.
This process only takes a few minutes and can be complete by clicking here. You will then see your current account balance when you press this button.

When I call my E-Phone from a regular landline or mobile I hear a message saying "The Service cannot be Connected"

This means your E-Phone is either:-

(i)   Not connected to the Internet, or
(ii)  Not switched on, or
(iii)  Handset has been left off-hook.

When I call a landline or mobile from my E-Phone I hear the message "You are not registered to use this service, please contact your Service Provider."

This means you have not created your OFFnet Account for making / receiving calls to / from landlines and mobiles.
