Frequently Asked Questions
ePhone customers can choose either a local area dialling code in the UK eg 0121, 0207 or 0161 (known as a Geographic Telephone Number) or a 0870, 0845, known as a Non-Geographic Telephone Number. Users may also wish to choose an Internet Telephone number with 056 Area Code. At present, only the Area Code can be requested with an order and not the full number
In the very near future customers will have the option to bring their existing BT number to ePhone.

Customers can choose ANY UK dialling code regardless of where they actually live. This means that customers in Leeds can choose to have a Manchester code if they wish.
You do no have to reside in the UK to use a UK ePhone number - you can use a London ePhone number in New Zealand!
