Frequently Asked Questions

Can I dial the emergency services from my ePhone?

Users of the IP/Phone Dual+ Adaptor can make calls to the Emergency Services by dialling the 'Normal Telephone' Pre-fix followed by the relevant Emergency Services number.

At the moment it is not possible to dial the emergency services (using 999 or 112, or 911), from the EP2000 or EP3000 as we don't always know where you PHYSICALLY are.

This is something that will be available in the very near future and will be available by the end of 2006.
